First of all connect your iPhone and put it into DFU mode and reset it. To do so....
1. Turn off your iPhone.
2. Hold down the power and home button. Count 1 to 10. Once you finish counting you will see apple logo on your iPhone and you'll hear a sound. Then release the power button but keep holding home button untill you hear another sound. Now its on DFU mode.
3. On iTunes it will show a alert massage. Now you ready to reset your iPhone...
4. On iTunes home screen, click restore button. iTunes will reset and upgrade your iPhone into factory default and latest software will be installed....
That's it! reset is done....! Now setup your iPhone as new iPhone....
